What's Stopping You, What the ICF Credentialing Changes Mean, and How to Decide Your Next Step

A live, interactive 2-hour workshop

Wednesday 16th September: 5pm - 7pm BST
Recording available for 7 days

You completed your mentor coaching with every intention of moving on to your credential application... but somehow, you haven't quite got there.

Perhaps it’s your recordings that are stopping you. You listen back and hear all the things you could have done differently, so you decide you’ll make another one. And then perhaps another one after that.

Or maybe life simply got in the way, you’ve lost momentum or the whole application has gradually become something that feels much bigger than it did when you finished the programme.

And now, of course, the ICF Credentialing Process is changing too.
I’ve created Ready Enough? especially for those of you who find yourselves in that slightly uncomfortable gap between completing your mentor coaching and actually applying for your credential.

What we’ll explore:

During our two hours together, I’ll bring you up to date with the ICF credentialing changes and what they mean for you as someone who has already completed your mentor coaching.

We’ll look at some of the reasons you may have become stuck and particularly at the question I hear most often “Are my recordings good enough?”

We’ll explore why listening to your own coaching can become increasingly difficult the more you know, some of the assumptions we make about what an assessor is looking for, and the difference between identifying something that genuinely needs further development and simply noticing that your coaching wasn’t perfect.

There’ll be plenty of opportunity to reflect, ask questions, share experiences with others who are in a similar position and work out what would help you move forward from here.

This isn't about telling you that you are ready.

I can’t tell you that on the basis of a webinar, and you know me well enough to know that I wouldn’t.

Your next step might be to move forward with your application but equally you may decide that you want to make another recording, have some further feedback or do some more development first.

What I want is for you to finish the workshop with a much clearer understanding of what is actually stopping you and what you want to do about it, particularly in light of the ICF changes.

You’ll also leave with a simple personal action plan so that your credential application doesn’t quietly disappear back onto the “I’ll get around to it” list!

Ready to find out what's really stopping you?

If you’ve completed my mentoring programme but haven’t yet applied for your ACC or PCC credential, I’d love you to join me.
